Oh, where do I even begin.... well, for starters, we think CHEAP is a bad word. We think, if you are known as being CHEAP, it means that your product or service is not a great overall value. We never want to be known as CHEAP. We charge a fair price for a premium service.
No business can provide
LEGENDARY
Customer Service without having the revenue to hire, train &
support their staff to be able to provide that. We aim to be a
personalized service, not a run-of-the-mill crank them out and get them done
shop, with no support after the sale.
So, if you are looking for a CHEAP dealer, for
a quick & dirty transaction, with NO SUPPORT after the
transaction, we're not it. But I bet you won't get our level
of support from those quick & dirty rock-bottom-price places either.
If you have a problem with them, you have to work it out with them.

We also cannot work for free. No more than you
can. We have to charge for what we do, as it does cost real money to
operate this business. If we did not charge fair prices, we would not
be here. We are nice, helpful and accurate, but we are not free. We
don't think this is unreasonable.
So, here is what it boils down to ... if you're looking for a FAIR price on
a Page Plus Service, Page Plus Approved Phone, or Page Plus Plan (One
Time or Autopay), and expect to be SUPPORTED after the sale,
you're in the right place!
So many people come to us each month and say they have tried working with other dealers, or have tried to handle & manage their own prepaid wireless needs themselves, and they are just tired of the frustration. More often than not they come to us to fix the problems other dealers have caused for them.
Why not work with a reputable, friendly, knowledgeable dealer from the start? Why go through the frustration of other dealers?

A valid question. We have grown over 3100% in 25 months, and we have built our site ourselves, however, it is not perfect. We know it can be a bit confusing, here and there, but we hope you find it informative, at least. We do intend on hiring a top-notch web development team, in 2013, to revamp our website completely to more Web 2.0 standards :-) But until then, I assure you, we are the absolute BEST at what we do :-)
We are a small business, with only 2 or 3 of us here on
any given day. But, we still manage to service 150,000+ customers per
month, every month. We do so in an efficient and speedy manner via
e-mail. Please use this form here to contact us
whenever possible. Your e-mail will get submitted into our
HelpDesk system, it will be assigned a ticket number, and it will get
handled in the order in which it was received. Those who have been
waiting longest for an answer will get answered first, and we go right down
the list.
Our average response time, on any given MORNING, is 2-4 hours. The
reason for this is very simple: We are swamped in the morning.
We come into the office each morning with hundreds of orders & tickets
waiting to be answered. So anything submitted after 7:45pm EST at
night, is always handled by 12 Noon the next day.
Our average response time, on most afternoons and evenings, is 1-2 hours,
and quite often much faster than that. By the afternoon & evening we
are caught up with all morning items, and we stay going at a very steady
pace for the rest of the day.
Again, please use this form here to contact us if at
all possible. We ARE available via phone, too, if you absolutely
MUST speak to someone, but please understand we return all voicemails within
24 hours, so email will get you a much faster response.
There are literally THOUSANDS of different makes & models
of phones out there. We just do not have the staff, nor the technical
know-how, to be able to provide technical support on a device that we did
not sell to you. If we did that, we'd have thousands of people
flocking to us for free help, but nothing more. We take care of our
customers. That means those who use us for their PINs, Services &
Equipment.
Now, that being said, if you ask us a question about a device, and we know
the answer, or we know where to find it quickly, we will gladly tell you
without a problem. But we just cannot spend hours, and hours, and
hours, researching phones or problems that did not originate with us.
We believe this is fair. I hope you do, as well.
Ok, I'm not going to beat around the bush here... The life of a GOOD dealer is hard. We have to stay in business, bring on staff and train them well, and be sure that we are on top of our game. We absolutely cannot provide time, labor, technologies or knowledge free of charge. It's just not possible to stay in business if you try to do everything for free.
We stand behind our products and our services 100%. We fix things when they go wrong, and we respond to issues VERY quickly. We cannot do that without generating revenue to hire the best staff available.
We are not the cheapest dealer around. We do not try to be. We charge fair fees for LEGENDARY Services and LEGENDARY Customer Support.

You should use Kitty AutoPay because it works. Always.
You will NEVER have to worry about fighting with anyone because your
plan did not renew correctly. We will not blame you for our mistakes
(IF we ever make any, which we REALLY try not to!)
If we manage your PINs for you, and
we apply them to your phones for you, on our AutoPay Program,
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT!

If anyone, ever, tries to slip something through our system, using a fraudulent credit card, stolen credit card, invalid information, we will immediately waste no time in reporting it to the FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION, National White Collar Crime Center, Bureau of Justice Assistance and the appropriate Internet Service Providers involved and we will cooperate and assist in ANY WAY WE CAN to prosecute the person responsible.
