Any program offered by Kitty Wireless to remind a customer of their balance, expiration date, or any other part of their account, or to automatically replenish an account when a trigger is encountered, IS NOT GUARANTEED.  It is ULTIMATELY the FINAL RESPONSIBILITY of the customer to make SURE they know WHEN their minutes and/or accounts expire and to take manual action before that occurs. 

Using this form you can add any cellular phone number to our automated reminders program. Our Reminders Program is very sophisticated.  Here is how it works:

Anytime that...

1.  Your cash balance drops below a dollar-value that you specify;
2.  Your plan expiration date is coming up;
3.  Your account expiration date is coming up;

AND, as of 04/17/2011, if you are on Talk n Text 1200:

4.  Your minutes remaining drops below a value that you specify;
5.  Your messages remaining drops below a value that you specify;
6.  Your data remaining drops below a value that you specify;

... Our system will send an email to your email address.

AND, as of 07/26/2011, you can get a daily or weekly report emailed to you automatically, via e-mail.

Our daily reports are sent between 9am-5pm, every day.

Our weekly reports are sent between 9am-5pm, every Monday.

To setup a new reminder profile for a Page Plus Number, just complete this form and submit it. 

To modify an existing reminder profile for a Page Plus Number, just complete this form again and this new form will over-write your existing reminder profile.

To remove an existing reminder profile completely from our reminders program, you must use our removal form.  Click Here to Remove A Number.

AUTOMATED STATUS REPORT SETTINGS

Our system can send you an email status report daily, or weekly.

Daily Status Reports are processed at 9:00am Eastern Time every day, and those reports are emailed out as quickly as possible every morning.

Weekly Status Reports are processed at 9:00am Eastern Time every MONDAY, and those reports are emailed out as quickly as possible each Monday.

Due to the enormous volume of reports that our system processes on a daily basis, reports may arrive in your inbox anytime between 9am-5pm Eastern.
