Page Plus Unlimited Talk n Text for $55/mo
Unlimited Talk n Text $55.00/mo
Leap Year 2012
Promotion Details
Signup for the $55.00
Plan between January 26th and February 29th, 2012, and stay on that plan
consistently for the rest of the year, and you will
receive 1GB of Data (doubled from 500mb!) for each month for the rest of
2012!
To
get the promotional 1 gigabyte of data on a line, for the rest of 2012, you
must have a continuous subscription to the 55 plan. If there is any plan
change, or provider change (port out, then porting back), the interruption
will discontinue the promotion and you will not be able to get it back. ESN
Changes and Phone Number Changes, however, will not disrupt the promotion.
A 30-day grace period will be allowed for late account payments, after which
the promotion will be cancelled. ESN and MDN changes will not cancel the
promotion. If you subscribe to the 55 Plan on, or after, March 1st,
2012, you will not receive this special promotion.
The 55 Plan, for $55.00/mo, is designed for the
user who needs it all. This user would need LOTS of minutes,
LOTS of text messages, and the most data of all of our plans - a whopping
500mb of data each month! If you use a lot of everything, this is the
plan for you.
Whenever you activate a new device
(with the exception of through an ESN Change from an existing device),
it is placed automatically on the Standard Rate
Plan until it is upgraded to another plan.

How much data
is 500mb?
While
we cannot give you
an exact estimate or exact numbers, we can provide you with some
general figures to help you figure out how much data this plan will deliver
for you on average, so that you can plan accordingly.
1 hour of web
browsing = 20MB
1 minute of streaming
video = 4MB
100 average emails without
attachment = 1MB
1 average MP3
download = 5MB
NOTE:
A
kilobyte(kb) is a unit of measurement for data. There are 1,024
kilobytes in 1 megabyte(MB). Amount of data used while Web browsing
varies based on the complexity of the Web page itself, the number of graphics or
multimedia on a page, the quality of the
graphics and the device used.

* RENEWAL NOTICE:
Once a month, on your renewal date, if you are on TnT1200 or Unlimited
Talk-n-Text, you MAY experience a 6 hour service interruption between
12:01am - 6:00am Eastern Time on the night of your renewal. This is a
scheduled/normal service interruption once per month while your line renews.
Out of 744 hours in a month, this is equivalent to 0.008% of downtime.
Considering how much you are saving each month using PagePlus over other
carriers, this is considered, by most, to be a very minor inconvenience.
And most likely you're sleeping during this time anyway :-)
Specifically, people interested in the Unlimited
Talk n Text plan should read Clause #6
pertaining to the "Abuse of the Unlimited Talk n
Text Plan." Here is what it says:
"Page Plus Unlimited Plan services are provided solely for live dialogue
between two individuals
for personal use. Other uses have the
potential to disrupt reliable service to other Page Plus
customers and/or have an impact on
network resources, so are therefore considered abuse of
the service and will not be allowed. Such
uses would include, but are not limited to, machine-
o-machine, telemarketing, autodialing,
transmission of broadcasts or recorded material, and
any and all other commercial uses. We may
determine at our sole discretion that abuse is
taking place if, for instance, you are
placing an unusually high number of calls of unusually
long duration. We reserve the right to
respond to such abuse by placing you on a different
class of service or, at our discretion,
terminating your service."
$55.00 must be in customer’s account on monthly
renewal date – otherwise fees will apply.
If
$55.00 is not available in customer’s account
on monthly renewal date, the account will be moved back to the Standard
Plan automatically on the next day. From that point, the Standard Plan
rates will apply to that account.
Important:
Customer must purchase an initial Unlimited Talk n Text card/PIN to
activate the plan or switch over to it from any other Page Plus service
plan. (Cannot be switched by calling Customer Service).
Subsequent refills can be
done either with additional Unlimited Talk n Text or Standard cards
($10-$80 cards but $55.00 min. needed).
Monthly AutoPay services are available, and
recommended, click here for more information.
