Things You Need to Know About Buying A Page Plus Approved Device from Kitty Wireless - Please Read
Please note that we are only allowed to ship to the actual billing address on the credit card. We cannot ship to any other address than the address that matches the credit card.
1. You WILL be able to access the Page Plus App Store IF you purchase one of our approved devices below that has access to the App Store. You must carry a cash balance of at least $15.00 on your Page Plus account to be able to view the App Store. Any purchases from the app store come out of your Page plus Cash Balance.
2. Page Plus Approved Devices are NOT made for Web, Data or E-Mail Access. Do NOT purchase one of these devices if you are wanting full blown Web, Data or E-Mail access. These devices are made for Talk, Text (SMS) and Picture Messaging (MMS) Only. You will have VERY limited WAP access for just an MSN Homepage with VERY limited options, but you will not be able to navigate the web or check your email, at least not easily.
IMPORTANT NOTE as of 08/18/2011: We have now personally used and tried both the Torino S2300 and the Rio E3100 devices. They both can access the web via a basic WAP browser. While you will not be able to stream videos or anything like that, you can type in your own URL and go to mobile web pages easily, and the quality was decent. They are not like an Android smartphone, but they are good quality for the web. The Rio E3100 does have a built in EMAIL client, so you can setup your GMAIL, Hotmail, Yahoo, and other POP3/IMAP accounts easily, and you can send/receive email on demand.
3. Each phone is clearly marked with the warranty that it carries. Sales are final, non-refundable. However, if your device is defective within the warranty period, we will exchange it for you gladly. Click Here to View our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Shipping to you is non-refundable, ever, no exceptions. If you have a defective device, the cost of returning that device to us is at your expense. The cost of returning a defective device to us for exchange within the warranty exchange period is at your expense. Kitty Wireless has the same policy on return shipping as Page Plus Cellular has directly.
5. Can you pay less for these phones elsewhere on the internet? Absolutely you can. I think, if you shop around enough, you can always find lower prices on everything online. But, at what cost? ONLY our phones come with a 2 Year Product Replacement Warranty, and a free port, free activation, or free ESN Change, as well as Kitty's Service on the device. If customer service means nothing to you at all, then by all means, you can buy these phones cheaper elsewhere. However, when you are not taken care of the way you should be, or if you phone dies in year 2 of ownership, you'll wonder if those savings were really worth it.

1. Page Plus does accept returns for a refund, we do not. However, Page Plus charges a 20% restocking fee on their returns. We do not accept a return for a refund, but we will gladly EXCHANGE your device for another of the same kind, or another of equal or lesser value, IF IT IS DEFECTIVE, during the first 20 calendar days after you receive your device. We do not charge a restocking fee to exchange a defective device within 20 calendar days. Again, our devices are NON-REFUNDABLE, but fully exchangeable!
We are easy to work with. If you get your phone, and within 20 calendar days you are not happy with it, don't like it, or it's defective, we will gladly let you send the phone back and get another one of equal of lesser value (even a different model.) If you send a phone back within the first 20 calendar days, and want a more expensive device, we will charge you the difference in price and send you the more expensive one.
If you have had your phone for 21 days or more, we really can't help much. All devices come with a brand new 1 year manufacturer's warranty, as well as a 2 Year Product Replacement Extended Warranty. Any problems after day 20 must be addressed through the Kyocera manufacturer's warranty program, or through the extended warranty program.
2. Our devices on this page are the genuine, real-deal Page Plus Approved Device, just as if you were purchasing it from them. Except you are buying it from us. If it's in stock, we guarantee it will ship within 24 business hours.
3. If you purchase a phone from us, we will give you a FREE New Activation, FREE ESN Change, or FREE Port-In Request for that device. Once you receive your device from us, contact us and let us know and we will give you the proper instructions at that time.

Basically, to be it simply, SUPPORTED PHONES are those that are OFFICIALLY APPROVED & AUTHORIZED by Page Plus for use on the Page Plus Network. If you own a SUPPORTED PHONE you can call Page Plus for support and assistance on that device.

The basic phone purchase & setup process goes something like this:
1. Purchase your phone, wait for it to arrive.
2. Once you have it, you can either do a PORT REQUEST to move an existing number from another carrier to the device, or you can do a NEW ACTIVATION to get a brand new random number assigned to the device.
3. Once the device has a phone number, and you have programmed it and made your first test call, then you are ready to purchase either a ONE TIME PIN or set the device up with an AUTOPAY PIN with Kitty Wireless!

Why should I buy a Page Plus Approved Phone, instead of using my own?
If you bring your own phone onto the network, YOU are responsible for ALL of your own support. Page Plus will NOT assist, in anyway, if your device does not work correctly with their network. If you ever have trouble placing/receiving calls, using messaging, or access your web browser, Page Plus will NOT assist you if you are using your own device. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE 100%.

Approved (Page Plus supplied) handsets are supported by Page Plus for technical support, and are covered under warranty. In addition, approved handsets undergo extensive quality testing and configuration to ensure that all the capable functionality (WAP, BREW, etc.) is working properly. Phones purchased from sources other than Page Plus, even though they may be the same models, are not guaranteed to have full functionality, i.e. they may work for voice and text only, but not for data or MMS.
