A Kitty Call is used to hire a staff member of Kitty Wireless to contact Page Plus Cellular on your behalf, in an attempt to resolve an issue for you.  Sometimes it helps to have someone on your side who is familiar with how Page Plus works, inside and out, and "speaks the language", to help you achieve what you want done.

We do not guarantee any particular result with this service.  We will try our best, and escalate your issue to upper management if need be at Page Plus, but this is a non-refundable service, regardless of whether we achieve your desired result or not.
