New Hours of Operation for Kitty Wireless

Effective Tuesday, March 27th, 2012 we are going to be making a few very minor adjustments to our hours of operation.  We will still be here a LOT, but we will start giving ourselves a few hours extra, a few nights per week, to do normal things, like spend time with our family, and pets, and enjoy a bit of outside time.  We are human, too, even though we are absolutely Page Plus order-processing machines! :-)

Since day one here at Kitty Wireless, we have worked tirelessly, day in and day out, seven days a week, 14-16 hours per day, with two of us, processing tickets, answering questions, and being here every waking moment besides being asleep.... it's time to slow down, just a bit :-) 

We LOVE what we do.  That's a fact.  And we are the BEST at what we do.  That's also a fact.  But we must take a bit of time off, on a regular basis, to be able to recharge our batteries so that we can continue to love, and be the best at, what we do. 

No worries, you can still expect the same great service from us that you have always received, we just need a bit of time for errands, family, friends, and some time away from the computer :-)

 Here is our new schedule, effective Tuesday, March 27th, 2012:

11:00am EST - 8:00pm EST - Monday

11:00am EST - 8:00pm EST - Tuesday

11:00am EST - 8:00pm EST - Wednesday

11:00am EST - 5:00pm EST - Thursday

11:00am EST - 8:00pm EST - Friday

11:00am EST - 8:00pm EST - Saturday

11:00am EST - 5:00pm EST - Sunday

We hope you understand our reasons for doing this.  All work and no play, makes for a very very tired Kitty crew!  :-)
