An ESN Reset is used to attempt to restore data services, or fix the "we are unable to authenticate your phone". This is NOT A GUARANTEED FIX.
You should NOT perform an ESN Reset on a line that has a banned device on it - such as a retail-packed prepaid device that was grandfathered in before the ban in January 2010. Doing so will boot your device from the network.
Orders submitted between 11:30pm - 1:30am Eastern Time each night will be put into queue and processed when the system comes back online at 1:30am. The Page Plus System goes offline for maintenance during this time.
