Prepaid Minutes & Plans cannot be moved between phone numbers, and prorated credits & refunds are not given if you should ever decide to discontinue your service.  This is no different than any other prepaid provider out there. 

Once you have paid for your time, or minutes, it is 100% non-refundable, and non-transferable, under any circumstances, at all, ever, per Page Plus policy.

Unlike some companies who never respond, Kitty Wireless responds to every email, every voicemail, and every "Contact Us" request, period.  Rest assured you WILL hear from us in regards to your request.

We are a very small shop, but we work VERY efficiently. 
The most efficient way to reach us to complete this form and contact us via e-mail.  We can handle far more e-mail requests than phone calls. 

We are a small business, and as a small business, we have limited staff.  No matter how efficient we are, we simply cannot answer every phone call that we receive.  Email is very efficient, and we prefer an email over a phone call, any day!
