From time to time we find it necessary to remind everyone that Page Plus is
a PREPAID Cellular Provider. All sales of Page Plus Plans, PINS &
Cards are 100% non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Prepaid Minutes & Plans cannot be moved between phone numbers, and prorated
credits & refunds are not given if you should ever decide to discontinue
your service. This is no different than any other prepaid provider out
there.
Once you have paid for your time, or minutes, it is 100% non-refundable, and
non-transferable, under any circumstances, at all, ever, per Page Plus
policy.
You will get a faster response from us if you contact
us via e-mail. We have a 48 hour response time on phone calls, because
we are absolutely buried with orders.

Unlike some companies who never respond, Kitty Wireless responds to every
email, every voicemail, and every "Contact Us" request, period. Rest
assured you WILL hear from us in regards to your request.
We are a very small shop, but we work VERY efficiently. If you call us, and leave a message, you WILL get a call back within 24 hours. We try very hard for same day callbacks, but we say 24 hours to be safe. If you email us, you will definitely get a response MUCH quicker.
The most efficient way to reach us to complete this form and contact us via e-mail. We can handle far more e-mail requests than phone calls. No worries, if you do need to speak to a live person, you can call us. We do return all voicemails ASAP.
We are a small business, and as a small
business, we have limited staff. No matter how efficient we are, we
simply cannot answer every phone call that we receive. If you
leave us a voicemail message, we will return your phone call the same
business day, before we close for the day.
