This service ONLY checks the Page Plus database.  It does NOT check the database of other phone companies.  Be sure that the person or company that you are buying your phone from is 100% reputable and honest, because there is no possible way to prevent a device from being listed as blacklisted, at any point in the future.  We are not liable for any blacklisted devices.  Our service is accurate, from the Page Plus Database, and the Page Plus Database only, at the time of your order, not after.

Our systems go offline between 11:30pm EST and 1:30am EST every night.  If you submit your order during this time, it will be processed AFTER 1:30am.  We do NOT recommend submitting orders between this time.  If your order gets hung up in overnight maintenance, we will fix it manually the next morning.
