We process orders from this page 7 days a week.  All orders submitted up until 8:00pm EST, every day, will be processed that same day.  Orders submitted after 8:00pm EST at night, are processed after we open at 11:00am EST the next morning.  All orders placed after 8:00pm are processed in the orders in which they are received, the next morning. 

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE:  From time to time we find it necessary to remind everyone that Page Plus is a PREPAID Cellular Provider.  All sales of Page Plus Plans, PINS & Cards are 100% non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Prepaid Minutes & Plans cannot be moved between phone numbers, and prorated credits & refunds are not given if you should ever decide to discontinue your service.  Once you have paid for your time, or minutes, and that purchase has been processed and loaded onto your phone, it is 100% non-refundable, and non-transferable, under any circumstances.

Please keep in mind that we process all orders in the order in which they are received, always.  The average processing time for an order in our system is 1-2 hours.  It may take up to 4 hours on a very busy day.  Please be sure to plan for this 1-4 hours of processing time when you place your order.  We process 3,000+ orders per day, accurately and efficiently, using our methods.  Thank you for your patience & understanding.

120 Day AutoPay PIN:  We charge your card once every 120 Days, we load the PIN for you to your Page Plus Cellular Account.  You do not have to worry about it, EVER!  (Actual charge time: 115 days, Actual load time: 118 days.  We never wait until the full duration to avoid any remote chance of losing your funds or number.)

1 Year AutoPay PIN:  We charge your card once a year, and we load the PIN for you onto your Page Plus Cellular account!  You do not have to worry about it, EVER!  (Actual charge time: 360 days, Actual load time: 363 days.  We never wait until the full duration to avoid any remote chance of losing your funds or number.)

KittyWireless.com as several anti-fraud safeguards in place, and we will pursue prosecution for all fraudulent orders.  We report all internet fraud to the Internet Crime Center, and to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, immediately.  We cooperate fully, and assist with providing information, in the pursuit & prosecution of any fraudulent orders or charges.  We take fraud VERY seriously.

VERY IMPORTANT POWER TEXTING PLAN NOTE If you already have a Power Text 2000 or Power Text Unlimited plan on your account, you should NOT order another Power Text 2000 or Unlimited card to keep it going.  After the Power Texting plan (either of them) is active on your account, you should ONLY purchase & add $10, $25, $50 and $80.00 cards, as appropriate, to keep your cash balance replenished.  Your Power Texting plan will automatically renew OUT of your cash balance.  This is a recent change in how Power Texting plans are handled as of May 2011. If you already have a Power Texting plan on your account, and want to set it up on Autopay, you should order a $50.00 AutoPay ($10.95 x 4 = $43.80) every 120 days.  This will keep $50 in your account for POWER TEXTING RENEWALS ONLY.
