What is this service?:  A New Activation will assign a new phone number to a device that is not currently on the network.

Our systems go offline between 11:30pm EST and 1:30am EST every night.  If you submit your order during this time, it will be processed AFTER 1:30am.  We do NOT recommend submitting orders between this time.  If your order gets hung up in overnight maintenance, we will fix it manually the next morning. 

NOTE:  This is ONLY for a new activation, for a NEW phone number.  If you are looking to port a number from another carrier to Page Plus, click here to use our Port Request Service.

What you can expect during a NEW ACTIVATION:

You should only use a genuine Page Plus Device or a genuine OTHER NETWORK PROVIDER device.  No other CDMA phones will work properly.

1.  Once you add this item to your cart, and checkout to pay for it, you will need to complete the activation form.

2.  The activation form asks for your email address, the MEID of your phone, and the zip code where you want a new number from.

3.  Once you submit this, as long as it is not during the 11:30pm - 1:30am EST maintenance timeframe, you should get a response within 5-10 minutes with your activation results.

4.  The email with your activation results will contain your new phone number, and other details, as well as a step-by-step process on how to program your new phone, and place your first test call.

5.  After your phone is programmed, and your test call is made, there is a link inside the email to come back to our site and purchased a plan or minutes for your phone.

Simple!  Easy!  Done!  And you get $2.00 free on your new number!
